An adventure Television Series where five teams of two compete for a total prize of £20,000 in a race across Eastern and South East Asia. Season 4 shot for 4 weeks across Indonesia on the islands of Sumatra, Java, Bali and Lombok. BFC crew provided on-location support crews, research and permits.
Each team is given an identical budget to travel across the globe by whatever means they can: foot, car, bicycle, boat, bus, ferry, motorbike, horse, but without air travel. With limited funds in their pocket and no phones of their own to help, they’ll need to pick up favors from locals as they race to the next destination. Contestants travel in pairs alongside a small, embedded crew.
